I’m Karla Martin, an experience designer and art director, passionate about innovation & positive change.
I first fell in love with layout, type, and visual storytelling on my middle school yearbook staff. Later in college, the dynamic power of design and mass communications became my driving force. Today, I work to make the world a better place by “connecting people with things that are important to them”.
I’m a versatile communications professional with experience designing for diverse audiences across many industries, style, mediums, platforms, and spaces. I love challenges that involve big-picture ideation and I’m also a keen, pixel-perfect designer. I’m a designer you can count on for input on copy, strategy, and more. Throughout the years, I’ve enjoyed working in different environments — from nightclubs to corporate offices, and from 2-person operations to large international and remote teams.
